We ask for the users e-mail address so that we may send them e-mail newsletters relating to upcoming appearances and information pertaining to the band and our activities. These e-mail addresses are stored in a secure database on our server. The email addresses are never released to, or shared with, any third parties, for any reason. We offer an opt-out service so that a subscriber may un-subscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking on a link that is included in every newsletter that we send out. When a subscriber chooses to unsubscribe, their email address is permanently and automatically removed from our mailing list.

 We also offer our visitors the ability to order our Cd's on the Jim-n-Alan Productions web site. We collect the users name, physical address, phone number and e-mail address, only for the purpose of order fulfillment. This information is not stored on our servers or shared with any third parties, nor is it retained after order fulfillment.
